Introducing a New 9:00 am Service: The Bridge@314
At Muir’s Chapel UMC, we realized it’s time to hit the reset button, rediscover and dig in.
Over the past months, a dedicated team has been praying and dreaming together about how God can use the 9:00 service.
We are pleased to announce the creation of The Bridge@314, a new chapter in worship that will explore what it means to build bridges that connect people to God, people to people, and people to resources. Our goal is to strengthen our faith through connections.
So what’s going to be different? Check out these new ways to get connected through The Bridge@314!
● Table Talk: Each week after service, we’ll have time to connect to God by diving deeper into the message. There will be discussion questions and conversation around our tables. If you’re new to Muir’s Chapel, this is a great way to connect with new friends.
● SPARK Sundays: This service on the last week of every other month is a special day at the Bridge. It’s designed to get our children and families plugged in through a worship service designed especially for them! Energetic music, videos, hands-on learning, and drama are just a few of the ways we will connect God’s message.
● LINK Sundays: On alternating last Sundays, we connect with each other and our community by all pitching in on a service project together, immediately after the service. Our first project is putting together hygiene kits for hurricane relief. Family members of all ages can participate!
There is so much in our 9:00 service already that is worth celebrating—and God is doing big things at Muir’s Chapel. For this reason, much of the service will stay the same. You’ll still see the same friendly faces, drink the same fantastic coffee, and worship with the same excellent praise team!
