Registration Priorities
To be eligible for registration for the
year, you will need to be current with your tuition.
The order of registration opportunities is as follows:
* 1st: Children of playschool employees
* 2nd: Currently enrolled playschool children and their siblings
* 3rd: Single playschool children
* 4th: Church Members
* 5th: Community at Large
MCCP does not allow any drop-ins for children who are not
currently registered. If you are registered and there is a
slot available, you may drop in.
Registration, Tuition,
and Enrollment
A registration fee of $50.00 will be charged for 1 day enrollment;
$25.00 will be charged for each additional day. Tuition fees
are billed monthly and payments are due by the 15th of the
month. A $10.00 late fee will be charged if payment is not
received by that time. If payment is not received by the end
of the month, your child will be dropped from our enrollment.
A returned check will result in a $20.00 service charge.
* Tuition is $15.50 per day for the crib, toddler and two
year old classes.
* Tuition is $15.00 per day for the three and four year old
classes.
* Pre-K tuition is $13.50 per day.
A church member discount is given only during registration
week. A church member is eligible for the playschool discount
at the discretion of the MCCP Board of Directors. The playschool
is a vital part of Muir's Chapel Children Ministries and requires
playschool parents requesting the discount to participate
in that ministry (teaching Sunday School, Young Saints, Children's
Choirs, Wednesday night programming, Children's Church). Registration
and tuition are refundable only if you move from Guilford
County and withdraw from the program. We require a paid two
week notice.
